Graduates applying to full-time programmes will join either the Analyst Consulting Group (ACG) or Accenture Technology Solutions (ATS).
Please note that you should NOT apply to positions in both Accenture Technology Solutions AND Consulting, as only one of your applications will be considered.

Requirements

  • ACG applicants will need a minimum of 340 UCAS points from their top three A-levels (AAB or equivalent - not including general studies) and a predicted (or obtained) 2:1 degree. All degree backgrounds are considered, but a strong interest in technology and commercial awareness are essential.
  • ATS applicants will need a minimum of 240 UCAS points and a predicted (or obtained) 2:1 degree. Applicants will usually come from an IT, computer science, or technology-related subject, however maths, science, and engineering graduates who can demonstrate a passion for IT will also be considered.

Online Application

Once you have input a few personal details, you will be invited to take a 20-minute online situational judgement test designed to guage your ability to deal with realistic consulting situations. This does not apply to ATS applicants. You will then complete the remainder of the application questions, dealing with your education history and work experience, as well as questions regarding your motivation for applying, and your understanding of what Accenture does. There is also a space to upload your CV and cover letter.

After completion you will be notified of your results within 5-10 working days, and if your application is successful you will be invited to a first round interview.

Be prepared to discuss information on your application form at interview. Also not that if you are offered a position at Accenture you will need to be extremely flexible, as you could be deployed to projects anywhere in the UK or further afield throughout the week.

TIP: Be detailed in your application. Make sure you include all your extra curricular activities to show that you are a skilled and well-rounded individual. Always check your application thoroughly before submitting it.

Accenture also offers a 48-hour Boot Camp for students who plan to apply to graduate roles. Those who apply to Boot Camp are automatically considered for any available internships or programmes.
